Thanks for the links - though I'm not on Firefox, so...?? Anyhoo, it's the thinking behind it that boggles me. Why on earth do they assume we want to share everything with everyone in our lives all the time?? Did they not listen to the gmail Buzz crap? Let's see how long it takes them to take it back.
